Resolution No. 1 of 2008 with respect to operational regulations of the Board of Directors of the Labour Fund.

The Resolution brings into force the Regulations which are attached to the Resolution. The attachment contains the Operational Regulations of the Board of Directors of the Labour Fund. Includes provisions on Board meetings, committees including: the Executive Committee, the Corporate Governance Committee, the Auditing Committee, as well as on the legal status of members, and prohibited duties.
