    Provides a list of occupations for which women may not be employed, these occupations are as follows:
    - underground work;
    - work involving exposure to high temperature;
    - work requiring great or continuous physical efforts;
    - work involving exposure to dangerous vibrations; and
    - work involving use or manufacturing of lead.
    Moreover, this Order Provides a list of occupations for which pregnant women may not be employed. These occupations are as follows:
    - occupations involving exposure to atomic or nuclear radiation or to X-rays;
    - work which might expose woman worker to benzene smoke;
    - work which exposes women to teratogenic substances; and
    - work involving exposure to aniline dyes, carbon sulphate in the manufacture of silk or cellophane, hydrocarbons in oil refining, mercury, phosphorus, nitro-benzols, manganese, cadmium and beryllium.

    Defines the industrial establishments where women may not be employed at night:
    - manufacturing destroying and converting materials;
    - shipbuilding;
    - electric jobs (generating, transferring or coupling) or any kind of dynamic works;
    - construction projects and civil engineering; and
    - any other jobs or occupations issued by by the Minister of Labour.

    Legislative Decree with respect to approving accession to Convention on Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (No. 5 of 2002).

    Provides for accession to UN Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination against Women of 1979. Reservations are made, partly due to conflict with the provisions of Islamic Sharia'a, with respect to the following articles: Article 2, Article 9(2), Article 15(4), Article 16, and Article 29(1).
