Part 5 contains miscellaneous provisions. Section 21 provides for right to strike, and sets forth restrictions of this right.

    Specifies 4 new corporations in addition to those specified by Order No. 15 of 1981 in which the employer must set up a works council for cooperation in dispute settlement, the organization of social services, wage fixing and other purposes. Such councils were introduced by Order No. 9 of 1981, as amended by Order No. 4 of 1982.
