    An Additional Article No. 3 is added after Article No. 3 of the Ministerial Order No. 4 of 2005 regulating the communications between local political societies, and foreign parties or political organizations. It Provides as follows:
    "All communications between political societies and diplomatic missions and consulates in the Kingdom of Bahrain and representatives of foreign governments have to be coordinated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and in the presence of one of its own representatives or any other official entrusted to do so.
    Moreover, any political society wishing to make such contacts shall notify the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs at least three days in advance, which in turn will coordinate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The same rules apply to communications of political societies with any foreign political organizations abroad".

    The Act starts with providing a definition of human trafficking, and declares that such acts are illegal and need to be stopped and punished. Penalties include both fines and imprisonment. Also provides for aggravating circumstance and sets out the different penalties for such acts. Provides for the treatment and consideration of the victim including medical, psychological, and housing assistance if needed. A committee for the assessment of the situation of foreign victims of human trafficking is established to deal with the victims and their departure to their country of origin. The Minister of Social Development is to create centers for the victims of human trafficking, as well as to provide housing and treatment for the victims.

    Ministerial Order No. 4 of 2005 with respect to the rule for communication between political societies and foreign political parties and organisations.

    Provides that political societies, through their chairman or their delegate, may communicate with recognised foreign political parties or organisations. Art. 2 sets out the rules for communicating with a foreign party or organisation.

    Provides that all male and female citizens 21 years and older are to enjoy full political rights in order to vote in referendums and elections. Repeals Decree No. 10 of 1973 concerning election of the National Council.
