Assigns employers with the responsibility of adopting the necessary precautions for the protection of workers from fire hazards. Sets regulations concerning the number of persons allowed at places of employment as well as for the storage of flammable materials. Regulates the provision of fire alarms.

"This Resolution aims to regulate the exposure control of electromagnetic fields by conducting regular and random inspection of devices, equipment and their attachments where electromagnetic fields are released to ensure that such devices, equipment and their attachments conform to the environmental standards to protect members of the public and workers (while carrying out their work) from possible threat of being exposed to electromagnetic field of frequencies from zero to 300 gigahertz. This Resolution shall not be applicable to electromagnetic fields to which patients are exposed during medical procedures".

Establishes safety provisions with respect to the repair and demolition of tanks, drums and work in confined spaces. Places restrictions on any welding, brazing or soldering of tanks, drums or other vessels. Provides for the liscensing of work involving the demolition of large tanks or vessels. Regulates work in confined spaces with respect to fumes, sludge and ventilation.

Ministerial Order No. 25/1977 With Respect to the Determination and Organization of Services and Precautionary Measures Vital to Protecting Eyes of Workers During Work From the Hazards of Work and Machines -

Makes regulations with respect to the protection of eyes. Establishes the repsonsibility of employers to provide protective equipment and place warning signs with respect to eye safety. Establishes the processes in which approved eye protectors, fixed shields, and warning notices are required. Makes explicit cases in which protection is required for workers at risk but not employed in the specific process.
