Law No. 156-IIG of 22 June 2001 "On Reduced Working Time for Certain Categories of Public Servants", as amended to 29 November 2016. -

The law establishes a reduced working time for certain categories of public servants, taking into consideration their health and physiological situation.

Provides all employees the right to a certain amount of paid leave. Minimum leave is set at 21 days; length of leave shall be determined according to type of employment and length of service. Provides additional leave for persons with hazardous or arduous occupations, or employees who are under 16 years of age or who are disabled.
Also provides for maternity leave and partly-paid parental leave for up to three years.
