Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On approval of list of jobs with difficult and hazardous work conditions, professions as well as underground works where application of labor of children under age of 18 is prohibited”, Decree No. 58, enacted March 24, 2000. -

Establishes the list of jobs with difficult and hazardous work conditions, professions as well as underground works where application of labor of children under age of 18 is prohibited. The list includes, inter alia, construction works in mountainous sites, tunnels; also underground, mining works, enrichment of mineral resources; mountain wax production; geological, geodesy works; metal manufacturing ferrous metallurgy; repair of electrical energy and construction; waste management; oil, gas, chemistry and coal production.
