    Regulates legal relations and basis of state participation in the sphere of youth policy. Article 8 regulates issues related to State policy in the sphere of youth employment. It provides, inter alia, that after the completion of the compulsory military service the person has right to reintegrate his previous employment under 60 calendar days.

    Repeals the previous law on State Youth Policy of 1999.

    Defines rights and liberties of children, basic principles of State policy in relation with children, tasks of State bodies and other legal persons or individuals for children protection. Section 24 deals with children's labour rights. Children have the right to work depending of their age, state of health, educational level and professional qualification.
