    Supplements the law with article 14-1 (time for rehabilitation and reflection). Also supplements article 20 (repatriation of the foreigners and persons without citizenship, who are victims of human trafficking) with para 20.4-1 on coordinating the activities of State bodies linked with the repatriation of foreigners and persons who became victims of human trafficking and the adoption of rules for repatriation which also include measures to ensure that children who became victims of trafficking are properly cared for. Rephrases para 4 and repeals para 6 of article 20.

    Defines a system of measures, that ensures security and social protection of victims, witnesses of the criminal case and other persons participating in the criminal procedure. Security measures, determined by this Law, shall be implemented where it is impossible to ensure security of the above persons by other means.
