    Amendments of the sections:
    . § 1 Al. 1 regarding persons who receive a lump-sum compensation payment after May 9, 1945, until 31 December 1999, after suffering violence in foster homes or other similar establishments (nursing, hospitals, psychiatric and medical and other), after reaching their retirement age, such persons are entitled to monthly pension benefit
    -§ 1 Al. 2 case of foster homes victims, who did not receive any compensation, nevertheless are also entitled to monthly pension
    -§ 19b. Transitional law (for the duration of one year)
