    The amendments set forth a new definition of "disabled", eliminating the distinction between war-disabled and civilian-disabled. As amended, the Act places funding for sheltered workshops on a firmer footing and provides transport subsidies for disabled persons. Sec. 15 prescribes the duties of the Labour Offices in regard to placement of the disabled.

    Notification du ministre fédéral des Communications modifiant le code des pensions de 1966 [texte No. 313] des employés des chemins de fer fédéraux. Notamment, insère un art. 36a "Suspension des prestations financières mensuelles régulières" (concerne, notamment, les cumuls de prestations et de gains professionnels).
