    Employers are prohibited from employing workers outdoors between the hours of 12:30pm and 3pm. This Ministerial Order applies to the period from 15/06/2011 to 15/09/2011.

    The Decree sets out the conditions for assigning employees more hours of work that exceed their normal working hours. It also sets the amount of money to be paid for the additional hours.

    Stipulates the hours of work, including work done outdoors in the sun (section 2). If a workers works more than 8 hours in a 24 hour period, they are to be paid overtime (section 3). Employers are to post a sign indicating daily work hours (section 4). Employers are also to provide appropriate preventative measures to protect workers against occupational diseases and hazards (section 6).
