Dispone que, cuando los trabajadores sean conducidos por cuenta y cargo total de las empresas o empleadores, la duración del viaje de ida o vuelta desde el límite urbano al lugar de realización de las tareas o viceversa no se computará como tiempo de trabajo efectivo cuando sea inferior a sesenta (60) minutos en cada uno de los trayectos, y que el excedente de una hora por trayecto se computará como tiempo trabajado e integrará la jornada de trabajo respectiva.
