Section 20 gives the authorization to survey any land which may be necessary in order to carry out the provisions of this Ordinance provided that compensation shall be paid to the owner for any damage caused.

They are to keep records on employment as well as other matters. The law also protects employees who provide information about licence holders to the competent authority.
