    Adapte aux spécificités de certains corps recrutant par la voie de l'ENA, les dispositions de droit commun relatives au recrutement des travailleurs handicapés dans la Fonction publique. Fixe le niveau du diplôme requis, la procédure de recrutement, la durée du contrat et les modalités de rémunération des intéressés. Prévoit également une durée minimale de formation ainsi que les modalités de la titularisation et du reclassement des agents dans les corps concernés.

    This Law applies to construction workers as well as as those who work on construction sites as independent contractors (“Hitori Oyakata”), and includes a provision (Article 3) calling for the realization of OSH for construction workers including through appropriate service contracts in terms of fees and deadlines. The competent authorities for the implementation, plan of action etc. of the Law are the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLITT).
