    The Law defines conditions and categories of persons eligible for Non-Cash Housing Subsidies: unemployed pensioners; unemployed full age disabled people; persons performing child care aged up to 3 years, the handicapped child under 18 years old and receiving benefits from services for work, employment and social protection.
