    El decreto citado reglamenta la Ley núm. 19691, que establece normas de promoción del trabajo en la actividad privada para personas con discapacidad. En tal sentido, establece su ámbito de aplicación, regula lo atinente a la difusión de las convocatorias para ingreso de personal, la cobertura de los servicios de los operadores laborales, el apoyo laboral y la certificación de la discapacidad. Finalmente, fija la escala conforme a la cual se realizarán en forma gradual los aportes jubilatorios patronales correspondientes a las personas con discapacidad que ingresaren a trabajar a partir del 18 de noviembre de 2018.
