Decreto núm. 45/2021, de 25 de mayo, por el que se modifica el artículo 29 del Reglamento sobre los Mecanismos y Procedimientos para la Contratación de Ciudadanos de Nacionalidad Estranjera, aprobado por el Decreto núm. 37/2016, de 31 de Agosto (Decreto no. 45/2021: Altera o artigo 29 do Regulamento sobre os Mecanismos e Procedimentos para a Contratação de Cidadãos de Nacionalidade Estrangeira, aprovado pelo Decreto n. 37/2016, de 31 de Agosto) -

Se modifica el artículo 29 del Reglamento sobre los Mecanismos y Procedimientos para la Contratación de Ciudadanos de Nacionalidad Extranjera de modo tal que los ingresos procedentes del pago de las tasas previstas en
en dicho Reglamento se utilice de la siguiente manera:
a) 55% para el Tesoro Público;
b) 35% para gastos de tramitación en la zona respectiva; y
c) 10% para el fomento de medidas activas de empleo
