    El decreto citado modifica el Reglamento de la Ley General de Inspección del Trabajo, aprobado por Decreto Supremo núm. 019-2006-TR. En tal sentido, deroga el numeral 23.6 del artículo 23; el numeral 24.1 del artículo 24; y el numeral 48.2 del artículo 48, e incorpora los numerales 25.19 y 25.20 al artículo 25, que trata de las infracciones muy graves en materia de relaciones laborales. Asimismo, modifica el artículo 17, que trata de la finalización de las actuaciones inspectivas; el numeral 33.2 del artículo 33, que se ocupa de las infracciones graves de empresas y entidades de intermediación; los numerales 48.1, 48.1.A y 48.1.B del artículo 48, sobre la cuantía y aplicación de las sanciones; y el artículo 49, relativo a la reducción de la multa.
