    Amends the definition of "wrongful exploitation". Replaces section 6 concerning concerning what constitutes trafficking. Also amends section 35(2), (3) and (4). Replaces articles 52 and 53 concerning punishment for those who violate the Act and amends section 53/1. Adds a new section 56/1 concerning penalties.
