    Sets out the conditions that a workers needs to meet to run for the elections of workers’ representatives in the Joint Committee. Provides the procedure by which an employer is to notify the competent authority about the Joint Committee and election procedures to establish the Committee. The procedures for the running of the Committee are also set out.
