The Kamara Abdullah Kamara Act of Press Freedom - Adoption: 2019-02-21 | Date of entry into force: 2019-02-26 | LBR-2019-L-113237 Act to Amend the Liberian Codes Revised, Penal Code of 1978 of the Republic of Liberia, Chapter 11, by Repealing Sections 11.11, 11.12 and 11.14, to be Known as the Kamara Abdullah Kamara Act of Press Freedom. This Act repeals the following sections of the Penal Code of 1978 in their entirety:
(a) Section 11.11: Criminal Libel against President
(b) Section 11.12: Sedition
(c) Section 11.14: Criminal Malevolence
