    Makes provisions concerning sexual offences and domestic violence. Includes provisions for commercial sexual activities, pornography and protection of victims with special measures to protect children. Also contains provisions on the offence of sexual harassment. Sets up a national register for sexual offenders.
    Provisions concerning the offences related to domestic violence include procedures for protection orders and the protection of victims of domestic violence.

    According to article 5.1 of the Law "On State Benefits to Citizens with Children", establishes the "Provision on Calculation of Average Wage (Income, Financial Welfare) in Case of Appointment of Allowance for Pregnancy, Child Birth and Monthly Allowance for Child Care for Certain Categories of Citizens". The Provision establishes the categories of citizen who are eligible for allowances mentioned in the title, such as women, mothers who carry out military service by contract (paragraphs a, b), mothers/fathers/trustees carrying out childcare, released from work in the period of maternity leave for childcare because of liquidation of organization or other reasons. Also establishes, inter alia, the procedures of calculation of amounts of monthly average wages and allowances.

Section III introduces the concept of private bailiffs, state regulation of their activity, requirements to them, quallification, the office of bailiffs, peculiarities of a bailiffs activity, liability, disciplinary liability, the procedure of suspension of bailiff activity, also the principles of self-government of bailiff, association bodies of bailiffs, bailiff council. Repeals the previous law "On State Enforcement Service" (Vedomosti Verkhovnoi Radi Ukraini, 1998, No. 36-37, p. 243). Also introduces a number of amendments, inter alia, in the Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Code.
