    La ley referida modifica el artículo 207 bis del Código del Trabajo, otorgando al trabajador que contrae matrimonio o celebra un acuerdo de unión civil de conformidad con lo previsto en la ley núm. 20830 el derecho a cinco días hábiles continuos de permiso pagado, adicional al feriado anual, independientemente del tiempo de servicio. Faculta a utilizar este permiso, a elección del trabajador, en el día del matrimonio o del acuerdo de unión civil o en los días inmediatamente anteriores o posteriores al de su celebración.

    Ley núm. 21030, de 14 de septiembre de 2017, que regula la despenalización de la interrupción voluntaria del embarazo en tres causales - Biblioteca del Congreso Nacional de Chile

    La referida ley regula, a través de la modificación del Código Sanitario, la despenalización de la interrupción voluntaria del embarazo. Sustituye el artículo 119 del código citado, señalando los tres casos en que se autoriza la interrupción de un embarazo por un médico cirujano, así como los requisitos y condiciones para llevarla a cabo. Incorpora el artículo 119 bis, referido a la necesidad de contar con el respectivo diagnóstico médico para realizar la intervención. Incorpora el artículo 119 ter, que faculta al médico cirujano requerido para interrumpir el embarazo a abstenerse de realizarlo cuando hubiese manifestado su objeción de conciencia al director del establecimiento de salud, en forma escrita y previa. También incorpora el artículo 119 quáter, prohibiendo la publicidad sobre la oferta de centros, establecimientos o servicios, o de medios, prestaciones técnicas o procedimientos para la práctica de la interrupción del embarazo. Finalmente, reemplaza el artículo 344 del Código Penal, fijando la pena para la mujer que causare o consintiere su aborto fuera de los casos permitidos por la ley.

    La citada ley modifica y adiciona artículos al Código de Trabajo. Sanciona a las empresas que contraten extranjeros de manera ilegal y menores trabajadores que no cumplen con los requisitos correspondientes. En tal sentido, modifica el artículo 20, estableciendo las sanciones para quienes violen las normas generales de protección del trabajo de nacionales previstas en los artículos 17 a 19. Adiciona el artículo 20-A, en el que se establece el procedimiento para imponer las sanciones. Finalmente, modifica el artículo 125, señalando la sanción para el empleador que infrinja las disposiciones contenidas en el Capítulo II, referido al trabajo de las mujeres y menores.

Asimismo, establece sanciones para la persona o personas que con documentos públicos o auténticos de identidad o de viaje falsos, hicieren salir del país a nacionales o extranjeros o cuyo titular sea otra persona.

The aim of this Law is to determine the benefits of encouraging the social and economic progress of high mountainous regions as guaranteed by the Constitution of Georgia; such benefits ensure the well-being of persons living in high mountainous regions, raise living standards, promote employment and improve social and economic conditions. This law stipulates that the law of Georgia of 8 June 1999 on High Mountainous Regions Social-Economic and Cultural Development shall be repealed on 1 January 2016.

    Au Livre I (Des institutions), le Titre I définit la structure et les missions des services du travail: Direction du travail et de la sécurité sociale, inspections du travail, inspection médicale du travail et service de la main-d'oeuvre. Le Titre II traite des organismes consultatifs: commission consultative de travail et comité technique consultatif d'hygiène et de sécurité. Le Titre III porte sur les conventions collectives. Dans le Livre II (Le travailleur), le Titre I réglemente le contrat de travail et les conditions de travail, y compris le contrat d'apprentissage, le travail des femmes et des enfants. Le Titre II contient des dispositions relatives à la rémunération.
