| Résumé/Citation: | In appliance with article 6 of the law "On Occupational Safety", approves the Rules of Holding Attestation of Work Places by Working Conditions, which deals, inter alia, with the following: the general provisions of the attestation of working conditions and the usage of the results of it, also the preparation for the attestation, the procedure of attestation, taking measures by the results of the attestation. Introduces appendices 1-11, defining, inter alia, the main categories (1), also the list of the main standards of the system of the standards of occupational safety and hygienic norms, used in the attestation of working places (2), classification of working conditions by trauma safety (7), also various documents related to the procedure. |
