Second Region

Approves the Procedure of Participation of the Fund of Social Insurance for Occupational Accidents and from Diseases in the Conduct and Financing of Training and Improvement of the Qualification Regarding Issues of Labor Protection.
Also repeals Decree No.40 of 1 November 2001 of the Board of the Fund of Social Insurance on Approval of Regulation on the Procedure of Financing of Training and Improvement of Appropriate Specialists in the Issues of Labor Protection and Compulsory Social Insurance Covering Occupational Accidents and Diseases by the Fund of Social Insurance for Occupational Accidents and Diseases.
Procedure of Participation of the Fund of Social Insurance for Occupational Accidents and Diseases in the Conducting and Financing of Training and Improvement of the Qualification in the Issues of Labor Protection:
I: General provisions
II: Procedure of organization of the financing of the training in the issues of labor protection
III: Procedure of conducting of the financing of the training in the issues of labor protection.
