Résumé/Citation: A new paragraph is added to article 8 of the holiday's list regarding:
1. The periods of academic research abroad or in the country or training courses that exceeds 6 months.
2. The periods of academic research abroad or in the country or training courses that includes a holiday should not be less than 1 months.
Amending article 24 of the holiday's list to allow:
1. an employee to be fully paid even when absent for specific approved sports, cultural or social activities.
2. Organizing the participation of employees in national events in the country or abroad will be according to the arrangements set in the ministerial decree No. 310 on 28/10/2008
