Abstract/Citation
The Conditions for changing an invitation letter into a work permit are set in this Decree as follows.
The employee needs to:
1. have a university degree related to the position offered;
2. Pass a medical test run by the ministry of health;
3. fulfill the requirements of the Labour Law in the Private Sector (38/1967).
