Ministry of Labour and Employment), deputy Chairperson (Deputy Principal Secretary) and the Secretary (Labour Commissioner) of the Board. Also contains representatives of employers and workers. The Board shall hold office for 4 years. Repeals the 2003 Notice (L.N. No. 77 of 2003). |
