Abstract/Citation
Revises the Permissible Exposure Limits (PELs) in the Air Contaminants Standards. The modification of 212 existing PELs and the application of PELs to 164 substances for which there were exposure limits are intended to protect against kidney and liver diseases, respiratory diseases, nerve disorders, carcinogenity and other health impairments. This notice includes amendments to 29 CFR 1910.1000, tables Z-1, Z-2 and Z-3.
