|Résumé/Citation:||Amends a part of Law No.113 of 1972 on Equal Opportunity in Employment for Men and Women Workers, thereby giving a stronger protection against discrimination on the ground of sex and also modifies a few provisions of Law No.49 on Labour Standards, 1947.
Inter alia, prohibits indirect discrimination as well as disadvantageous treatment on the grounds of pregnancy, childbirth, etc. Provides for mesures against sexual harassment and makes provision as regards underground work by women.
