Regulates various aspects of criminal responsibility. Comprises 10 chapters. Chapter 1 contains preliminary provisions. Chapter 2 sets forth general principles of criminal responsibility. Chapter 4 deals with integrity and security of international community and foreign governments. Chapter 5 provides for security of the Commonwealth. Chapter 7 makes provision for proper administration of Government. Chapter 8 contains provisions regarding offences against humanity and related offences. Chapter 9 deals with dangers to the community, and Chapter 10 with national infrastructure.
