Amends, i.a., ss. 3(1) (members and legal capacity), 5(1) (conditions for creation of fund), 7(3) (decision of enterprise or civil service department), 18 (joint capital), 27(1) (payment of fund share upon end of employment relationship etc.), 54(2) (transfer of means) and 60a (duty to provide information); adds new ss. 14a (right to adhere to fund), 15(2) (beginning and end of membership), 17(2) (fund shares) and 53(4) (decision of transfer of fund shares).
