| Résumé/Citation: | Amends Workplace Relations Act 1996 to provide for improved protection of certain Victorian workers. Inter alia makes provision for powers of work inspectors, supported minimum wage system, records relating to certain employees, personal leave, sick leave, carer's leave, and bereavement leave. Also contains provisions applying to contract workers in Victoria in the textile, clothing and footwear industry. Inter alia, these provide for contract outworkers, minimum wage, and inspectors. |
