| Résumé/Citation: | Regulates the basic social insurance which includes health insurance, pension insurance, accident insurance and unemployment insurance. Defines the legal relations in execution of the basic social insurance, its organization, financing and the role of state in controling the execution of basic social insurance. For each category of basic social insurance, the Act defines categories of persons for whom the insurance is compulsory and for whom it is optional. Annex 1 gives a list of occupational diseases. Amends, inter alia, Acts No. 120/1993 and No. 311/2001. Repeals, Acts Nos. 54/1956, 88/1968, 121/1975, 1000/1988, 543/1990, 46/1991, 246/1991, 297/1991, 116/1992, 97/1993, 285/1993, 320/1993, 38/1994, 195/1994, 274/1994, 135/1995, 110/1996, 376/1996, 154/1997, 357/1997, 132/1998, 107/1999, 233/2000, 385/2001 and 306/2002. |
