Résumé/Citation: The Act provides for 25 working days of paid annual leave per year (increased for workers over age 60). It defines the scope of application (s. 1) and lays down rules governing the accrual, remuneration and forfeiture of leave and co-ordination of annual leave with other types of leave. It repeals the Annual Leave Act (No. 3 of 1947) (LS 1947 - Nor. 1).
