Abstract/Citation
Provides for duration and basis of organisation of working and rest time of persons working on the basis of employment contracts and of public servants. Contains provisions on general national standard for working time, reduced working time, part-time working time, overtime and restriction of overtime, on call time, work during evening or night time. Also deals with organisation and recording of working time, and rest time (breaks for rest and meals, for feeding child, daily rest time, weekly rest period).
