Abstract/Citation
Makes provision for a procedure for examining collective labour disputes. Regulates modalities of putting forward demands by workers, examination of disputes by a Conciliatory Commission, examination of disputes with participation of intermediaries, and examination of disputes by a Labour Arbitration Tribunal. Also makes provision for right to strike, and responsibility for the violation of the legislation on procedure for the settlement of collective labour disputes.
