Second Region

Makes provision for conclusion of collective agreements. Specifies questions to be regulated by collective agreements. These include conditions and methods of establishing a work-relationship; commencement of work and assignment of workers; working time and arrangement of working time; holidays and leave; protection of workers at work and special protection of women, young persons and disabled persons; salaries, payment of salaries, other income and remuneration; notification of workers; worker education; responsibility of workers for fullfilment of work obligations, disciplinary organs and diciplinary procedure; material responsibility; termination of work-relationship; worker participation in management and in the implementation of workers' rights to self-management; safeguarding of workers' rights; organisation of workers into unions; rights and duties of workers and employers during a strike; conclusion of collective agreements; settlement of mutual disputes; and duration of collective agreements.
