Revokes and replaces the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Pregnant Employees etc.) Regulations 1994 in order to ensure the full transposition of Council Directive 92/85/EEC. Regulates general duties of employer, night work, information, and provides for a non-exhaustive list of agents, processes and working conditions.
