| Résumé/Citation: | The Human Resources Development Authority shall succeed the Industrial Training Authority. Its purpose shall be to provide continuous training to existing human resources and the development of new ones, the further training of existing workers in the labour market, promotion of professional orientation, the introduction of prototypes concerning professional qualifications, and the collaboration with institutions and authorities of other countries or with international organisations in order to promote human resources development. |
