English translation in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Iraq, No. 52, 24 Dec. 1986, p. 2-10. Ratification by Iraq in Law No. 69 of 1986. The Agreement, which entered into force upon signature on 14 Nov. 1978, provides for UNESCO assistance in establishing the State Development Centre in Iraq, with a view to strenghthening the training of qualified technical manpower required to meet national development goals.
