Employer and employee are prohibited from terminating a labour relationship without the authorization of the Minister of social affairs and employment. This prohibition applies to termination of work relations by advance notice only. It shall also be forbidden for the employer to reduce the working time of the employee to less than 48 hours a week, providing this would entail a wage reduction. |
