Abstract/Citation

Prohibits employment of children below 15 except when employed directly by the child's parents or legal guardian, provided that the work does not endanger the child's health and morals, and that the child is provided with primary and/or secondary education. Also permits children to be employed in entertainment productions, provided a permit is secured from the Department of Labor and Employment.
