| Résumé/Citation: | These regulations establish a method whereby an employer must assemble employment information on certain resident alien workers employed in seasonal agricultural services to be reported to the Federal Government and to any replenishment agricultural worker. The purpose is to assist the authorities in determining the number of replenishment agricultural worker and for the worker to establish a work history in order retain his legal status and to avoid deportation. |
