Consists of 13 Parts and 3 Schedules. Part 1 provides for citation, commencement and interpretation. Part 2 deals with information for members and others. Part 3 concerns matters prescribed or specified in relation to public offer entities. Part 4 governs management and trusteeship of superannuation entities. Parts 5 and 6 regulate minimum benefits standards and payment standards. Part 7 provides for contribution and benefit accrual standards of regulated superannuation funds. Parts 8 and 9 regulate financial reporting and financial management of funds. Part 10 deals with eligible rollover benefits. Part 11 governs information to be given to the Commissioner and related matters. Part 12 concerns pre-1 July 1988 funding credits and debits. Part 13 provides for miscellaneous matters such as various operating standards.
