Second Region

The Court is a judicial body charged with the protection of constitutionality. The Court is independant and only bound by the Constitution of the Czech and Slovak Federal Assembly and by other Constitutional Acts of Federal Assembly. Lays down a list of the powers of the Court such as the power of interpretation.
