Abstract/Citation
Provides for the appointment of a Labour Commissioner and inspectors, as well as a Labour Advisory Board with the power to make recommendations "on any aspect of the industrial life of the Colony". Regulations may be made on the powers of Inspectors, collection of statistics, duties of the Labour Commissioner, procedures of the Labour Advisory Board, and penalties for non-compliance with Regulations. Repeals the Labour Ordinance, Chapter 94.
