Repeals and amends sections of the Act respecting co-operation within undertakings [LS 1978-Fin. 3] : Repealed sections 6(7) and 11(2) (2). Amended sections 6(2), 8(1) and 14(1) (in respect of the obligation to negotiate the right to conclude agreements, etc). New sections 3(3) (parties), 6(3a-c) (scope of application), 6a (statements of obligation to negotiate), 6b (training and personnel plans), 7a (request for negociations), 7b (notifications to manpower authorities), 8a (protocol) and 15a (indemnification).
