Reflects amendments to the Social Security Act by the Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1989; as a result of these amendments an exclusion is provided for supplemental security income purposes from income of the interest accrued on, and left to accumulate as part of, the value of an excluded burial space purchase agreement entered into by an individual or the individual's spouse; and provides an exclusion from resources of the value of a burial space purchase agreement.
